Great first impression, the blonde lady stood at reception was extremely welcoming, salon was clean and looked very professional.
That’s about as good as it gets. The nail technician is inexperienced and whilst friendly enough, quite unprofessional. Gel soak off was more of a ‘file off’ and has left my nails so weak that the gel that was applied afterward has already started cracking. £23 for a job I could do better myself at home.
