Lovely technician although she was 10 minutes late. Beauty room in the back of a Chinese nail shop so doesn’t look the greatest.

The member of staff who I dealt with was friendly and the treatment was very good however the salom itself was not very comforting. The room was tiny and cold. Even with am electric heater on it felt very dingy and miserable. Not an ideal location when you want to relax.

when I arrived I have been put in a dirty room without anything being said to me, I could hear the beautician talking to a walk in customer and giving priority to her rather than me, my treatment started 10minutes late without even an apology. the room I was in was really dirty, full of hair and dust, no heating.
