Good eyebrow threading and happy with my shape, however missed a few hairs on my upper lip. Had a Brazilian wax, the lady was at times a little impatient with me. Head massage was lovely and very relaxing. Overall okay experience and value for money

The lady gave me a very weird vibe, I do not know whether she was stressed out perhaps but she seemed very irritable. I’ve never had such a badly applied hot wax before, I had to request to switch to strip wax (despite originally paying for hot wax). The waxing was quick though so that was a positive.
