So happy with both my eyebrows and eye lashes. The ladies knew exactly how I wanted both with out me even explaining it very well.
I have finally found a great place for my brows and lashes, won’t be going anywhere else from now on!!

So I have had a wax here before and it was excellent. This time I was significantly less pleased. I arrived to one member of staff on a Saturday. Ok I booked last minute. But I was on time, however the lady doing the waxing had to lock me out for 5 mins while she ran to the hotel next door to the toilet. Not really a problem although I did have somewhere to be so ideally would have liked to start on time. The main issue I have is that I found the beautician continuously judged me. I was having a hollywood wax so ideally you want to feel at ease through the process. She continuously criticised that my skin was too sensitive, even asked me what was wrong with my skin down there. I have had many many wax’s before and it’s never been an issue. I’ve also NEVER been asked to hold my own private parts. I was asked to do so without washing my hands. The continuos judgment of my body and how much hair I had ( yes that’s why I’m having a wax love, and also I am fair haired and skin and not really that hairy at all) continued whilst she rambled on about being a perfectionist. The front was ok although there was wax left over. We then did the back. I obviously couldn’t see it. To be honsest when it was over I just wanted to get out. I just felt as if I was a massive inconvenience to her day. She barely said goodbye after I paid for the below average wax at a price of £35. I got home.... checked everything properly done and of course.... the wax was not complete. I would barely say this was the job of a perfectionist. I don’t like to write reviews like this but I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I worked hard for the £35 and don’t appreciate being treated like this or ripped off. I will say that last time I came here the woman I had previously was wonderful. She was kind, attentive and was actually a perfectionist but didn’t talk about it. I guess it’s pot luck who you get.
