I turned up to be told they no longer offer this service so was turned away. They expected someone to call me from Treatwell in advance but no one did so it was a complete waste of time

I was in need of some TLC for my nails, so I booked the luxury manicure. It was really overpriced, and the service was very basic. During the cuticle portion, I nearly thought I should cut my losses and head out to find another place, but I didn't want to be rude. The polish must have been really old because it did not go on well. The space was also a bit disorganized, didn't seem super cleanly, and had only one employee present. She was very sweet, but I was disappointed in the overall experience.
