It was my first visit to the studio, for a hollywood wax. Luiza was extremely professional, made me feel very comfortable and provided an excellent, pain-free service. She was also lovely to talk to. Thanks again, I will certainly be coming back!

I wasn't made to feel comfortable at all, as soon as I got there the therapist commented on how hairy I was in a derogatory way (not even the bit she was waxing!) and I was still left with lots of stray hairs at the end of the appointment. will not be returning.
