Salon was able to accommodate my request for a later appointment at the last minute which was great. Friendly welcome and very efficient service. Would recommend.
Eyebrow Threading
I arrived for my appointment on time, however the salon was shut with a sign on the door saying treatment in session I waited a little the knocked on the door. There was no answer and no one to be seen. Due to being on a tight schedule and after waiting for 10 minutes I rang the salons phone number. I was told that the beautician would be out in 5 minutes. The beautician then eventually let me in. There were hardly any colours to choose from and the whole process was completely rushed. Once finished they tried to charge me £22 for a regular polish change however in the website it states £10. I left feeling late, feeling like I was attempted to be ripped off and with a more do it yourself than salon end result. One day later the varnish had already chipped which would normally lasts 3 weeks. I am less than satisfied, avoid this salon at any cost!
