Lash lift worked well, happy with results. Staff are nice. Tricky to find the first time (maybe just me)!

The wax was scalding and the woman treating me although she inquired about this and seemed concerned didn’t really seem to understand how bad it was and didn’t seem to do anything to adjust the heat
She also tried to charge me more than the quoted price
