I was surprised by the venue, as they didn’t have a separate room for the lash treatment. Furthermore they did not have a real lounger for the treatment but only a normal cosmetic chair. Afterwards I was asked how much I was charged on Treatwell and I was then charged an extra £25 even though I asked for infills not a half set. The lashes are not good quality, as the girl who did them used way too much glue, they are really stiff and not comfortable.
