Woke up the next day with a red scar (despite ok patch test). I do brow laminations regularly and have used the same brand in the past, but have never had any issues. She threaded my brows beforehand though which maybe caused the extra sensitivity.

Manpreet was very interactive and knowledgeable. She explained a lot of interesting stuff like the right pressure and the massage was very relaxing for us specially after a day of long walk around the city.
The location is central however it was a bit difficult to find the . It will help to have clear direction on the website like a small map with the centre clearly highlighted. Overall the experience was very positive and i will recommend and visit the place again!

Disaster. First, they could t remove the gel I had on (never been a problem elsewhere) and the lady seemed to chisel it with the side of a metal scrapper. Painful. Then she started filing & left it jagged with bits of nail hanging off. THEN started the gel manicure and didn’t put a baselayer on, so had to start from the beginning. Uneven painting, chipped within an hour, paint was still soft and uncured, nails broke within two days. Checked google reviews after and they are much more accurate
