First, they could t remove the gel I had on (never been a problem elsewhere) and the lady seemed to chisel it with the side of a metal scrapper. Painful. Then she started filing & left it jagged with bits of nail hanging off. THEN started the gel manicure and didn’t put a baselayer on, so had to start from the beginning. Uneven painting, chipped within an hour, paint was still soft and uncured, nails broke within two days. Checked google reviews after and they are much more accurate
