Absolutely my best experience in a salon. Arta and the girls always look after me above and beyond. This was my third appointment and not only was my procedures carried out in an efficient and professional manner the staff are pleasant and courteous. I wouldnt go anywhere else - well done eyelash bar, see you soon xx

Repeat customer here. I had such a lovely time here. Dora did my lashes and was very patient with my sparse lashes. She was able to give me a beautiful set as we discussed what I wanted in detail. I decided to try henna brows and waxing with Arta afterwards. I've never had such beautiful brows! Arta is a brow master! As a black woman, it's hard to find somebody who can tint my brows the correct shade and I've never had such precise shaping. She was friendly and explained everything to me.

My experience was quite bad. Several really horrible derogatory comments made about black customers while I was sitting with stuff stuck to my eyes and I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t leave and didn’t feel like I cold day anything back. This was also while there was another customer there too who was a young black woman. It made me really uncomfortable and I won’t be going back.
