Experience was okay, room was really cold and beds slightly too hard, my back started hurting. Also a day after, lashes were falling out. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back

My first time here went well then I came to do an infill with Greta. I booked for Russian eyelashes extensions infill. Even when you book the service it says it takes 1 hour and 30 mins. Greta done the infill in 45 mins but she barely put any eyelashes on. I left with less eyelashes on my eyes than I came in to do the infill. She kept saying she works fast but she didn’t do her job even though we had another 45 mins left. After 1 week I had almost nothing left on. Very disappointing.
