I’ve done lash lifts many times, and the service at this place is simply beyond terrible. They have ruined my lashes, and they keep blaming it on me saying it’s because my lashes were too short and weak. I have done lash lift so many times and not a single beautician has ever failed so horribly and blame it on me. You know your service has some serious problems when you start blaming on the customers on your own faults.

Not a great experience. Took lots of phone calls and lots of people came in the room while I was having treatments.
Took too much off my eyebrows even though I asked to keep them natural.
