The experience overall was great, I’ve been there before for lashes when they had a discounted rate. This time I went for a lash lift and tint. I was told at the start of the appointment that it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. It ended up taking nearly 2 hours for the service. It wasn’t a problem but it would have been nice to know that things were going to take longer. The amount of detail and attention given to my lashes was lovely and I will definitely be back in the future.
