Really lovely massage but I felt a bit cold. Therapist did make the effort to find me another blanket and her massage was excellent. The CD player wouldn't work so it was a little quiet which I didn't like! Good price for a lovely massage though.
I have never use Treatwell before and was looking for a massage as my shoulder and calf muscles were in spasm during a trip to Winchester. I had picked a time and booked through Treatwell, but then I got an email from the massage therapist saying that slot wasn't available. Managed to agree to a different time, but I had to arrive late for a volunteering gig. I did appreciate the salon's efforts to sort out a time. The massage itself was excellent. They normally do Swedish relaxation massage, but luckily she also new how to do deep tissue work, which I needed in this case. She also recommended I put heat on the two areas over the rest of the weekend, so I got a hot water bottle and did that. Location was in a small business centre in a suburb, so it was a 35-minute walk from city centre, which I wasn't expecting. Bit hard on the crampy calf, but I got to see a non-touristy part of Winchester!

Great hidden gem: the Beauty Room has a great atmosphere: very serene and calm. The treatment room was large, which was nice for Megan to move around easily. She took care with the massage and was good. I will come back!
