Unfortunately my lamination appointed got cancelled due to the technician having her kids in the salon. The kids and technician consistently screaming throughout the 2 hour eyelash appoint has happened to me twice now and it’s been horrible and so unprofessional. My lash tech Saydi is amazing however and is not reflection on the other member of staff. Don’t appreciate appointments being cancelled due to these matters.
