The lashes themselves were really good, and the lash technician was extremely gentle, talented, and clearly knew what she was doing. For the actual service, I would definitely give 5 ⭐️.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. There were children running up and down, dancing and jumping around, who appeared to be with an employee, which made the environment feel more like a childcare facility than a professional beauty salon.
