Apparently Treatwell did not inform the salon about my booking. Hence, the lash technician wasn't there when I came for my treatment. Very unfortunate, given that I texted with them on Instagram and informed them about my booking. However, they felt really sorry and opened the salon for me on a Saturday to make sure I can get the treatment as soon as possible. Emma was very lovely, explained everything very well and did an amazing job with the brow lamination and lash lift. Highly recommend her!
