Worst waxing I've ever had!! So painful and was in pain for 2 days following. And there's patches of hair still there! Gel is messy! Flowing over the nail. Making it look tacky and naf. Staff had no chat and there was no ambiance, almost awkward really. Also there was so much confusion with the procedure we were having. She wasn't willing to listen, so frustrating.
