I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Karolina really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great advice based on my hair type and face shape. The wash was relaxing, the cut was exactly what I had in mind, and the blow dry left my hair feeling soft, bouncy, and full of life.
The salon had a lovely atmosphere — clean, welcoming, and professional. I left feeling refreshed and confident. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Karolina to anyone.

Making the appointment was a huge step for me—and I’m so very glad I took it. Karolina was kind, warm, supportive, and never pushy. She offered a free treatment to help repair my hair and gave me genuine, helpful advice on products and styling with no upselling.
