Karolina is absolutely great! So skilled and approachable. It was my first time to do highlights and she led me thoroughly through the process, gave me so many helpful tips and explained all very well. She is incredibly skilled and did a perfect job! I will be going back !

As per usual, Karolina was great. She was a bit busier than usual and that affected ever so slightly the timing. But even with some inconvenience that is what make her being so busy, she still manage to be as professional and amazing as she is!
