It was my first time to have a haircut at Ezmir Jacob's and I have already scheduled to go back! Karolina is amazing! Welcoming, warm, very skilled and attentive to what I wanted. My haircut is exactly as I wanted and I will be going back for colour and highlights! Karolina makes this place amazing!

I had my haircut done by Karolina and I really love it 😍 She was really attentive, understood what I wanted my hair to look like and did a very good job. The scalp massage was a very welcome addition. I will definitely return 💜
