Was asked to come hours before my appointment, no hair consultation whatsoever, I said i didnt want the front layers too short but this was ignored. The rest of layers were not trimmed so my hair was not healthy after. Karolina was pleasant at least.

10/10 ❤️ excellent service and perfect results. I had boxed dyed black. Amazingly transformed into gorgeous balayage. Definitely recommended.
