After not having gone to a hairdresser in 13 years and having trichotillomania I went to see Karolina with extremely damaged hair. Making the appointment was a huge step for me—and I’m so very glad I took it. Karolina was kind, warm, supportive, and never pushy. She offered a free treatment to help repair my hair and gave me genuine, helpful advice on products and styling with no upselling. I left feeling seen, empowered, truly cared for and back in love with my hair. I can’t thank her enough
