Did not achieve the ash blonde I wanted in the first place, very warm ginger tones and blonde, nothing like the image I showed her. Didn’t really seem bothered with me not being happy, conveyer belt environmen. Had to message twice to arrange appointment for retoning. Had another toner added on and still very warm. I’ve had no problem lifting my hair to an ash blonde in the past, I believe she didn’t lift it enough due to it being so busy with other clients waiting at the salon. Very rushed.
