She was really friendly and made me feel welcome. I’m pregnant and had an injured knees but she made me feel comfortable and worked around my injury. I was nervous as I haven’t had a wax in a while but it was super quick and not too painful. I will definitely be going again.

I’ve never had a lash lift before and booked an appointment in advance of an event I had. Fab was great in explaining that I should move it closer to the event and also helped to shift the appointment based on my message. It’s great when the service provider contacts you with reminder info that you can reply back to explaining the purpose of your service (where needed) so they can customise the experience
