I arrived at the salon 10 minutes before and they started my pedicure on time however to do a pedicure, gel remover and a simple manicure took 2 hours and 30 minutes because they were constantly starting other clients which didn’t book a time and this was very frustrating for me as I was not prepared to stay that long in the salon. Staff was not friendly and I felt like they had no respect for making me wait that much.
