I went in for a 10 minute eyebrow wax - they were 30 mins late with the appointment, the wax took 3 mins with no checking they were even or how I liked them and when I had a look they were uneven and had changed the normal shape of my eyebrow. Unfortunate because this isn’t my first time there but it will be my last.

Horrible experience. the guy is rude. booked pedicure and eyebrow waxing + tint, started 40 min later as salon not organised with walk-ins. Beautician rushed waxing and then told me I don’t need tint because I am not blond (??? I have tint all the time). I was already upset so gave up and asked for a refund for the tint, she said it’s not possible because I’ve booked online… As I was leaving the guy asked if I’ve paid and rudely asked me to wait. Didn’t get the service I’ve paid for.
