The venue cancelled my appointment less than 24hrs before and wanted to reschedule. The wax itself was quite patchy and I have areas of skin that are raw due to having been pulled off during the treatment.

Great value for money! Perhaps a little more care could have been taken to remove any makeup first and maybe a gel for afterwards but it was so cheap.
