Great experience with Fab Nails - I will be returning again soon! Very efficient service, was in and out in 45 minutes so perfect for a lunch time dash. They were also very accommodating for those who hasn't booked an appointment.

The lady who did my treatment was very nice and started meticulously but as a result ran over time. I was only informed at the end that as the waxing ran over allocated time I was charged extra money. Because she was running out of time my wax was rushed at the end and I have ended up with some skin being peeled as wax was applied in a rush and not pulled off properly, and areas were missed some of which I pointed out. I think if you don’t have too much hair and stick to allocated time would be fine, but not for my thick hair.

The venue cancelled my appointment less than 24hrs before and wanted to reschedule. The wax itself was quite patchy and I have areas of skin that are raw due to having been pulled off during the treatment.
