I was left waiting for my appointment without much acknowledge or information on how long it will take. The lady who did my treatment was lovely and friendly but was not very skilled at waxing. She treated my body parts really roughly and didn’t have the technique to remove the strips from my skin. She said my arm was sensitive because I was left with red marks. I have waxed my arms for over 10 years and cannot remember the last time I was left with red marks. The room was also tiny - I would not recommend waxing

Loves my whole experience!!!
My appointment was at 11:30 I got seen at 11:10. Everyone was lovely and welcoming. I thought I had to wait but Lucy saw me straight away. I am so happy. Will definitely return, will definitely tell my friends
