Staff were rude and unhelpful. Receptionist at first didn't want to accept my Treatwell confirmation print out as acceptable because it didn't have a barcode. Had to spend half an hour trying to get in touch with Treatwell for them to sort it out. The stylist then tried to downgrade my treatment, saying that the deal was just for a colour, when it clearly stated on my confirmation that I had paid for a full head of highlights. I may as well as paid for just a colour though because this is more or less what the stylist gave me anyway, All in all this was dreadful experience.
