So disappointing! I’ve been to this salon before and received an excellent service, however this time I had a different member of staff. The manicure was sloppy and messy in every sense, nail polish all under my nails, polish over my cuticles and caused unnecessary bleeding to my nails. Would not recommend booking if you don’t know which members of staff you’re getting! Highly regret paying for such a awful service!
