It was one of the least painful waxes I’ve ever had, sweet and chatty lady did it all in 15 mins so was amazing. Recommend going for hot wax rather than strips, definitely worth the couple of £ more as eat less painful!

Would recommend gel manicure, spa pedicure was not as good as some of the other salons I’ve visited in Balham (no foot spa and no massage chair) but toes do look great!
