Wax result was ok, wax was a touch too hot going on but nothing dramatic, it did hurt a bit more than usual but I am very sensitive. Staff were very perfunctory, nothing wrong with that but might not suit all people. I've had my nails done here before and they were excellent. I probably wouldn't do another wax as I didn't feel totally at ease but would have nails done in future - my pedi still looked good after 6 or so weeks and no it wasn't gel!!
