Venue was what I expected from a cheap salon, the staff were friendly and on time. I had a hot wax treatment and have been left with quite a few ingrown hairs which I don't usually get - I don't think the therapist was very experienced so wouldn't visit again.

My facial was brilliant. The only reason I haven't given it five stars was it was advertised as including a hands and feet massage, which is the reason I chose this particular facial, but I didn't receive it.
