One of the best waxes I’ve had! The lady was really lovely and was almost completely painless!

Evening apt. She was more concerned with choosing the lashes that suited me better than sticking to the apt length which was a lovely feeling. Lashes look great. Will definitely be going back.

Firstly, Vera was 10 minutes late for my callus removal appointment even though she had changed the appointment in the first place. The first thing she told me was that she wouldn’t be able to remove all of the callus but that she would have to do it gradually over a few sessions (not something you want to hear straight away). She then changed into her work clothes next to me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Then she told me that she could use a blade to remove the callus but she won’t do it. Later she said that I hadn’t asked for the blade which is why she didn’t use it and when I said that I would like her to use it, she said I would have had to book a different treatment (not specifying which one) and then going on that she didn’t use a blade because she didn’t want me to come back crying because my heels were bleeding. When I pointed out that all of this was contradicting and didn’t make sense she told me I wasn’t listening and therefore wouldn’t understand. Finally, she put cream on my feet and then told me to put my feet on my shoes and when I said I didn’t want to because I didn’t want to ruin my shoes she rubbed the cream off my feet.
She was very rude and unfriendly and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. In the end, she charged me £19 because I wanted to pay by card when in fact the receipt only says £18. I’m very unhappy with her service and I would not recommend anyone going there, very unprofessional.
