Overall, my therapist did a really good wax and was really lovely. However at the end of my treatment I realised she had used the same stick throughout the entire wax which in my head is a big no no, especially for intimate waxes, as it can spread germs between clients and put you at risk of infection. While she did a great job, I won’t be going back here for my waxes, as their hygiene standards for waxing just didn’t meet my expectations.
