Malai is the best person I have ever been to for waxing. So warm, welcoming but moreover excellent at her job. I have been to a few places before and no-one compares. It is the least painful wax every time and she makes you feel totally at ease. Even if you don't live nearby, she is worth travelling west for. Cannot recommend enough!
