I had a disappointing experience. I booked appointment with Marina at Face and body clinic. I received a text message and an email confirmation. However, when I got there it was very apparent that I was not expected. I was informed that Marina was on a course. The therapist agreed to do my facial. I paid fbut whilst attending to me she left the room on 3 occasions.
