staff were late, eyelashes look great but were very painful when applied (eyelashes should not hurt at all if performed correctly). staff were nice but I was pretty scared whilst having it done, wish she wouldve walked me through it a bit more

my eyebrows are amazing but the lady was rushing my left eye and now I have a full set on the right eye but all of the lashes have fallen out on my left eye :(

cant fault this place at all! staff are absolutely lovely and are great at what they do, my lashes and eyebrows look fab and were done very quickly so great for people who are in rush. would 100% come back :) 💗
