I don’t know if it was a good facial or not (who knows maybe it was good for my skin) but the experience was beyond weird. It’s in her flat which I didn’t expect, but no bother could get used to it. She barely said a word, not about what she was doing unless I asked directly and I felt quite unwelcome. Then, weirdest thing of all, the next person for their appointment came and then was sat in the same room as me having my facial whilst she was waiting like 1 metre from me… not a very professional business which leaves me a bit worried for the facial itself!
