Gutted is the only word I can use. I let Ashleigh know I had been saving up my eyebrows for 5 months so to get a full bushy lamination. Ashleigh clearly didnt want to chat and was very dismissive whenever I asked a question or told her what I wanted. My eyebrows were completely butchered into thin lines, she laminated the brows down rather than up, I am SO disappointed. If you're looking to leave with thick bushy brows, this is not the place for you.
