Unfortunately the LVL lash treatment I went for was not a good experience as the tint dropped into my eye and caused a lot of stinging and had to be flushed out which was acted on quickly and appreciated however jeopardised the lift. I was then rushed off quickly and had glue all over the other eye which I had to try to pick off carefully and uncomfortably. I contacted Alana in the morning as I woke up with flat eyelashes and she’s been very difficult to talk to and blame me and not refund.
