Verena was extremely professional the whole time. The welcome was nice and she was wearing a mask, we confirmed the treatment and, as it was my first time, she reassured em it was totally safe.
The environment was nice and calm. The treatment was great, not uncomfortable at all. Verena let me know what she was doing and what she was applying every time. And I felt immediately my face muscles more toned. The following day I still feel my whole face toned.
