2 of us booked for 13:40 & 13:45 (different hair dressers). Arrived 5mins early. Before saying we had appointments we were told it would a 1 hour wait because they had 2 people in the chair, 1 waiting & 2 appointments (I said that would be us!). They said they would get to us as quick as possible. No urgency & the first one of us was in the chair 45mins late & the 2nd in the chair over 1hr late & with a different hair dresser than booked. Would have walked but need needed the cut badly. Poor :(

The best barbers in Manchester area by miles!
Incredible cuts and grooming. Great, friendly staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Five star service.

I booked in with a certain barber, on arrival I explained who I was and that I had pre-booked with a certain barber. I then sat in the chair with a totally different barber. He asked what I wanted, I told him a step by step how I wanted my hair. He completely ignored what I said and nearly give me a complete different style of haircut. Rough and I think he was only capable of using a razor. Very very poor barber and very poor from FadeMasters to allow this style of barber to cut hair in their shop. Also very poor from a barber to completely disregard someone’s booking and put me with a completely different barber to the one I booked with. I thought the whole point in apps like these are so you don’t have any hidden surprises. Massively disappointed.
