It was my first time visiting the salon on a Saturday as I usually book on a weekday but meeting Hinal has been a pleasure. She did really amazing made me feel at home whilst she carried out an exceptional service. I’ve a very sensitive skin and she made me feel at ease and did not feel pain at all. Thank you Hinal

Lady was late. My facial was 50 minutes instead of 60. They wanted cash only, no receipt. And wanted to charge me £5 more than booked price. Very disappointed and it ruined the experience. Definitely wouldn't go back or recommend this place.
