My appointment was at 11.00am but Fahmina was 15 minutes late so I wasn't taken into the room until 11.15 so treatment then she had to set up. I always have the hydrafacial but this time it was rushed and no mask and was booked and paid for one hour fifteen minutes. I had under one hour! I asked why no recovery mask and was told we don't use that anymore, I used the led light. The led light is always used! Paid for time i didn't get, was rushed and left unhappy
