I wish I had paid more notice to other people's reviews about painful waxes. I went on a Sunday and I didn't catch the name of the person, but I need to stress that this was a horrible experience. Firstly the woman was 20 minutes late. I then had an underarm wax wherein she left a lot of hairs behind, and I had the most painful arm wax of my life (did not rip the wax strips off properly and left me with bruises on one arm). The eyebrow threading was the worst experience and was very painful. I have several scabs on both eyebrow areas and many fine hairs had been left behind(this has never happened before!) She had also tweezed a lot of them, more than others usually do. This really was the worst experience (have been threading and waxing since I was 16). I will definitely not return...it's not worth the risk of having someone else that is so inexperienced/bad.

One of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. I have very long hair so it’s always a risk with new hairdressers but she was great , always making sure the length was ok!
