I asked for a haircut with minimal long layers and received a very layered haircut (almost like Rachel in Friends). I didn't feel like my requests were listened to and the hair dresser did what she wanted. It's a good haircut but definitely not what I asked for.

Great haircut, obviously a very experienced hairdresser and cut my hair really well. Lovely head massage with the wash too!
