The staff were all really friendly but I probably won’t go back! The waxing took place in the back behind a discoloured curtain held together by safety pins and just seemed not very well confined. The wax itself was probably the most painful I’ve experienced, instead of pulling off each hot wax strip in one go the girl pulled it off like 1cm at a time which was awful

Really gentle really calm staff, had loads of compliments on my hair which I was happy to recommend. Think my only suggestion, is offer your customers tea or coffee, goes a very long way!

Wasn't the best experience really. The cut didn't end up the way i wanted or described\showed the hairdresser. I wanted a trendy, blunt, asymmetrical bob and ended up with more of a 'mom' bob. It wasn't terrible just not what i wanted. The hairdresser was a lovely lady though.
