Shumalia is attentive and considerate. As painless as a wax can be, little to no pain. A couple of small hairs were missed, perhaps as staff have quite a short period of time to get the job done- not surprising given how cheap this place is. If you want to be luxuriously pampered while you wax, this isn’t the place for you, but if you’re looking for good quality efficient affordable waxing, I would definitely recommend.
