Opted for a Deep cleansing massage with a 15minute neck and shoulder massage. The whole treatment was advertised as 1 hour 15minutes. I'd say it actually lasted an hour. the Facial itself was nice and quite through, included a cleansing wash, steam and exfoliate, spot cleanse, mask and moistursise. The massage at the end was not 15minutes, which is always a bit disappointing as that is usually the best bit.
I would have liked a consultation to begin with to discuss skin type, facial procedure, which I didn't get and I was unsure at the end if it had finished & again there was no after care. The salon had 2 beds in the same room, each with a curtain so I was able to hear another client being waxed alongside noise from the salon itself. The facial itself was relaxing but if you are going to completely zone out that was somewhat difficult.
The price of the Facial was reasonable however so I guess you get what you pay for, however going back I wouldn't know what type of facial would be best suited for my skin.
It seemed clean and the staff were friendly.

I always go back to this salon. The ladies are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve learned a lot on my visits too for future beauty treatments. The staff are flexible with dates and times and the prices are such good value in or out of London.
