booked appointment for 11.00, when I arrived, there was I person having highlights done, the hairdresser as using cooking foil, to do hair. the hairdresser told me to come at back in 4 hours which I refused to do. had a trim which was ok, It's not fairies touch touch but Wael

It was my first time at this hairdresser and the experience was very positive. Really welcoming and nice staff that make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. Despite having booked my appointment in advance, I had to wait a bit for my requested stylist Sanaz, but was worth it. She is very attentive and dedicated. She doesn't rush and takes the time to listen to you and gives suggestions /advice. I left really pleased with my haircut and style. I can also manage my hair easily at home.

Really good local hairdressers - it was a comfortable environment and they did a lovely job of cutting my hair and making sure I was happy with it. They also didn't mess around regarding time - I normally end up being in the hairdressers way longer than planned, but they stuck to the 45 minutes of the appointment, which I appreciated.
